Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450^.
  2. Blend cream cheese, sugar, and flour until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Add melted chocolate, espresso, and cream, mixing thoroughly.
  5. Pour into prepared pan.
  6. Bake at 450^ for 10 minutes.
  7. Reduce temp. to 275^ and continue baking for 1 hour.
  8. Ler cool completely and refrigerate before serving.
