Microwave Fudge Pie

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:

  1. Stir cocoa into butter. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into glass 9 inch pie plate. Microwave on high for 6 minutes. Top with vanilla ice cream if desired. Rich, easy! No Pie crust is needed.
