Ingredients:

  • 2 cups ice, crushed
  • 3/4 cup tequila (6 oz.)
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 egg white (1 tbsp.)
  • 1/2 oz triple sec (1 tbsp.)
  • to taste lime slice

Directions:

  1. In blender container, combine the crushed ice, tequila, lime juice, powdered sugar, egg white and Triple Sec. Cover and blend until very frothy.
  2. Transfer to pitcher; garnish with lime slices.
  3. Serve in salt-rimmed cocktail glasses.
  4. To prepare glasses: Rub the rim of each cocktail glass with a little lime juice. Invert glass in a shallow dish of salt; shake off excess salt.
