Ingredients:

  • 1 cup splenda granular
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 2 cups almond meal
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in large microwaveable bowl.
  2. Add Splenda and vanilla to melted butter, cool slightly.
  3. Add almond meal, cinnamon and eggs, mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour into buttered 8 square glass baking pan.
  5. Bake 325 for 40 minutes.
  6. Once thoroughly cooled, refrigerate.
  7. Cut into 16 squares and serve.
