Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, confectioners sugar, lemon zest and vanilla until confectioners sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Spoon 2 Tbsp. granola, 1/4 cup berries and about 1/2 cup yogurt mixture into each wine goblet or parfait glass.
  3. Top with remaining 2 Tbsp. granola and 1/4 cup fruit.
  4. Serve immediately.
