Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 sticks of butter
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1 cup walnuts or pecans
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 cup powered sugar sifted
  • 3 1/2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. 1st layer
  2. Melt butter. Stir in flour, 3 Tbs sugar, nuts.
  3. Press into 9 by 13 pan, sprayed with non stick.
  4. Bake 350 for 18 to 20 minutes
  5. Allow to cool
  6. 2nd layer
  7. Blend cream cheese, powered sugar and 1/2 of cool whip
  8. Spread over cooled 1st layer
  9. 3rd layer
  10. Beat together pudding and cold milk.
  11. Spread over 2nd layer
  12. 4th layer
  13. Add remaining cool whip
  14. Chill least 1 hr.
