Kielbasa, Potato, and Onions Recipe

Kielbasa, Potato, and Onions

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp flour (optional)

Directions:

  1. Bake or microwave 5 potatoes until soft and then cut into 1 inch chunks.
  2. Put oil on bottom of skillet and place potatoes in pan, (flour potatoes for extra crispiness if desired)cook on medium until golden brown.
  3. Cook Onions in separate smaller pan until golden.
  4. Mix Onions and potatoes together.
  5. Slice Kielbasa into 1/4 inch slices and cook in separate pan until golden brown.
  6. Mix all cooked ingredients and serve.
