Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion, green pepper, and celery.
  2. Cook entire pkg of noodles.
  3. Cook and drain ground beef. Add tomatoes and chili powder. Simmer.
  4. Add mushroom and water chestnuts.
  5. Add sautéed vegetables to ground beef mixture.
  6. Drain noodles and add Velveeta. Stir to start the cheese melting.
  7. Add meat mixture and mix well.
