Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the nonfat dry milk and the powdered sugar.
  2. Stir thoroughly to get rid of lumps in powdered sugar.
  3. Add the other ingredients and mix well.
  4. Make a cup (3 tbsp. mix to 1 cup hot water) to sample.
  5. For more chocolate taste, add more cocoa.
  6. To make it sweeter, add more powdered sugar.
  7. Store in airtight container in a cool, dry place.
  8. Makes about 9 cups of mix.
  9. Use within about 4 months.
