Ingredients:

  • 3/4-1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves

Directions:

  1. In heavy 1 1/2 quart saucepan, combine all ingredients.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring often.
  3. Boil for 1/2 hour.
