Ingredients:

  • 1 glove garlic crusched and mashed.
  • 1/2 tea spoon salt
  • 1/2 tea spoon fresh ground black pepper.
  • 1 cup fresh celantro leaves shredded
  • 3 table spoons lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil .
  • 2 green hot chilli devained and seeds removed.

Directions:

  1. Place the onions, tomatoes, garlic, green chilli, avocadoes, lemon juice and olive oil in a food mixer and mix pulsating for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the celantro, parsley, salt and black pepper and mix for 1 minute until a smooth paste is formed.
  3. Place an a seeled container refregerated for at least 1 hour before serving.
  4. Serve with Natchoes or corn tortia chips.
  5. You may also serve with carrot and cucumber sticks.
