Guacamole Dip

Excellent as an appetizer along with drinks and when dinner is not ready yet.
Ingredients:
3 large tomatoes peeled and cut in quarters.
6 ripe avocadoes.
1 glove garlic crusched and mashed.
3 large onions peeled and cut in quarters.
1/2 tea spoon salt
1/2 tea spoon fresh ground black pepper.
1 cup fresh celantro leaves shredded
1/2 cup parsley leaves shredded.
3 table spoons lemon juice
1 table spoon olive oil.
2 green hot chilli devained and seeds removed.
Directions:
1. Place the onions, tomatoes, garlic, green chilli, avocadoes, lemon juice and olive oil in a food mixer and mix pulsating for 2 minutes.
2. Add the celantro, parsley, salt and black pepper and mix for 1 minute until a smooth paste is formed.
3. Place an a seeled container refregerated for at least 1 hour before serving.
4. Serve with Natchoes or corn tortia chips.
5. You may also serve with carrot and cucumber sticks.
