Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dice, slice, chop or mince the onion, tomato and garlic as you prefer.
  2. Saute in olive oil until tender.
  3. Remove from heat and cool.
  4. Peel avocadoes and mash with the sauteed mixture in a cool bowl.
  5. Mix in lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
