Grilled Macanese Prawns

Ingredients:

  • 25 g chilies
  • 10 g garlic
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Clean and devein prawns.
  2. Chop garlic, chillies and spring onions. Mix well.
  3. Marinade prawns with this mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill prawns until cooked.
