Have yet to try this new recipe but how can the garlic and chilli combo fail anyone?
Ingredients:
500 g tiger shrimp
25 g chilies
20 g spring onions
10 g garlic
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Clean and devein prawns.
2. Chop garlic, chillies and spring onions. Mix well.
3. Marinade prawns with this mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Grill prawns until cooked.
