Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup pecans or walnuts chopped (optional)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients. Beat in eggs , milk, vanilla and butter. stir in nuts and pour into pie shell. Bake 45 minutes 375 degrees.. This recipe is traditionally always prepared with NO pecans or walnuts however I have added them and it is delish!.
  2. Variation: If you add 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips to this recipe it becomes a Toll House PIe, Yum! Enjoy!
