Fat Free Creamy Orange Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 (12 oz) container fat-free cool whip
  • 1 (24 oz) container fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (6 oz) package jello fat-free sugar-free orange gelatin

Directions:

  1. Drain pineapple and orange slices well.
  2. Combine cottage cheese and jello powder in blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Remove from blender to large mixing bowl.
  4. Fold in drained pineapple, then fold in cool whip, then orange 3/4 orange slices.
  5. Transfer to large serving bowl. Arrange remaining orange slices on top.
  6. Refrigerate 4 hours.
