Easy Creamy & Brothy Potato Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and chop potatoes.
  2. Peel and chop onion.
  3. Place potatoes and onion in your soup pot and saute in butter and garlic for 5 minutes.
  4. Add chicken stock and stir.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Simmer on low-med for 1/2 hour or till potatoes are tender.
  7. Use potatoe masher to mash some but not all potatoes in soup
  8. Stir in cream.
  9. Simmer on low for 5 minutes.
  10. Add seasonings to taste and serve.
