Easy Cinnamon Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 oz dry yeast
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Sift all dry ingredients and knead until smooth.
  2. Ad enough water until dough forms.
  3. Let rise for 2 hrs overnight.
  4. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minute Let cool then slice.
