Easy Baked Fish (Haddock, Cod, Tilapia)

Ingredients:

  • 4 (4 oz) fish ( haddock , cod or tilapia)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp old bay seasoning (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  3. Place the fish fillets in the baking dish and top with butter.
  4. Season with Old Bay and garlic salt.
  5. Add more butter, old bay and garlic salt to your liking if needed.
  6. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
