Directions:

  1. Crabcakes
  2. Mix all ingredients well. Portion out and shape cakes.
  3. In large pan heat some olive oil, sear crab cakes until crispy on both sides
  4. Red Pepper Sauce
  5. Puree the roasted peppers in blender until liquid
  6. Heat olive oil in pan
  7. Sweat garlic. Add red pepper puree,and heat well
  8. Add heavy cream
  9. Reduce mixture until thickened.
