Crab Cakes Wroasted Red Pepper Sauce

These are quick, Tasty and easy. I make small cakes as appetizers or 4 to 5 large cakes , for our dinner. The sauce is amazing. I use it for shrimp, or just pasta by itself. As an appetizer it will serve many more then 2
Ingredients:
crab cakes
1 lb lump crab meat picked through.(i have used just the canned crab meat and its fine also)
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tbls dijon mustard
1 tbls worcestershire sauce
2 tbls old bay seasoning
2 dashes of hot sauce (more if you like a kick)
1/4 cup chopped chives
red pepper sauce
2 roasted red bell peppers or jar roasted peppers
1 pint heavy cream
1/3 cup olive oil
3 cloves of crushed garlic
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Crabcakes
2. mix all ingredients well. Portion out and shape cakes.
3. In large pan heat some olive oil, sear crab cakes until crispy on both sides
4. Red Pepper Sauce
5. Puree the roasted peppers in blender until liquid
6. Heat olive oil in pan
7. sweat garlic. Add red pepper puree,and heat well
8. Add heavy cream
9. Reduce mixture until thickened.
