Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine cake mix, cola, buttermilk, melted butter, cocoa, and vanilla extract.
  3. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes.
  4. Fold marshmallows into batter.
  5. Grease a 13 x 9 pan.
  6. Pour batter into pan.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes.
  9. In the meantime, combine cocoa and butter in a saucepan.
  10. Cook over low heat until butter melts.
  11. Stir in cola and stir until blended.
  12. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  13. Remove from heat and add confectioners sugar.
  14. Stir until smooth.
  15. Fold in pecans if using.
  16. Spread over cake.
  17. Let stand 20 minutes before cutting.
