Ingredients:

  • 4 oz eggnog
  • 1/2 oz sambuca romana (optional)
  • 1/2 oz advocaat (egg liqueur)
  • whipped cream

Directions:

  1. Steam the eggnog until it is doubled in volume.
  2. Pour eggnog into a tempered Christmas glass or mug.
  3. Pour espresso gently down the side of the glass into the steamed/frothed eggnog.
  4. Dust with cinnamon or nutmeg.
