  1. Toss cubed chicken with cajun seasoning. Cook chicken & sausage in large skillet or stew pot. Add veggies and cook 3-5 minutes. Add stewed tomatoes and cook another 5-7 minutes.
  2. Serve in shallow soup bowls with rice
