Cheesy Spinach and Eggs Bagel Bake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Toast your bagel.
  3. In a bowl, mix the spinach and the romano cheese. season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread over the bagel, filling the center and making little edges over the borders, to support the eggs.
  5. Carefully lay the eggs on the spinach nests. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes in oven.
  8. Enjoy.
