Ingredients:

  • 5 to 6 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp parsley
  • 1/4 tsp thyme

Directions:

  1. Chop potatoes with skins on. Place them in a medium sized baking dish. Mix in sour cream, cheese, and seasonings. Bake covered at 325 for 30 to 45 minutes, until potatoes are soft.
