  1. New Year's Cava Sangria
  2. Recipe taken from Cuisine At Home
  3. Cava is a sparkling Spanish wine. You can substitute with Prosecco or Champagne in this recipe.
  4. Makes 6 servings
  5. Total Time: 15 minutes
  6. Bottle of Cava sparkling white wine (such as Freixenet Cordon Negro Brut)
  7. Cups white cranberry juice
  8. Red grapes
  9. Apple, thinly sliced
  10. Orange, thinly sliced
  11. Lime, thinly sliced
  12. Lemon, thinly sliced
  13. Combine Cava and juice in a pitcher; add fruit and stir. Serve sangria chilled over ice.
  14. *Make the sangria right before serving, so the Cava stays bubbly and the fruit remains fresh.
  15. Note: Katydids used Brut Champagne
