Ingredients:

  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 3 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 1 can of milk (like carnation ect)

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar,milk,butter in a sauce pan
  2. Bring to a boil,stirring all the time as to not boil over
  3. Boil for 1 minute
  4. Mix oats,and dry pudding together in large bowl.
  5. Pour boiled sugar mixture over oat mixture,stir well
  6. Drop by teaspoon onto waxpaper lined cookie sheet
  7. Chill slightly,befor serving.
  8. Note: to make a little different,3 cup oats,1 cup flaked coconut,1/2 cup chopped pecans,toasted,1/2 cup of whole milk,1 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup of butter,1 box of butterscotch instant pudding,dry.
  9. Make like above
