Directions:

  1. Lightly grease a 4 qt slow cooker with non-stick spray.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, water, cocoa powder - bring to a boil.
  3. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients with 1/2 cup water to form a batter.
  4. Spread into slow cooker
  5. Pour boiling cocoa mixture over batter.
  6. Cover, cook on high for 1 1/2 hours. Turn off slow cooker and let stand for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve warm topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
