Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown sausage in skillet, drain.
  2. Place hashbrowns in casserole dish salt and pepper on top
  3. Top with sausage (you can add other cooked meats as ham etc.)
  4. Mix : eggs, dry mustard, milk, onions, tabasco, in med. mixing bowl.
  5. (you can add mushrooms or spice it up with jalapeno peppers)
  6. Pour egg mixture over meat.
  7. (place in fridg. over night if you choose)
  8. Bake covered at 350 for 1 hour
  9. Uncover 15 min. before done and add cheese bake till melted
