Directions:

  1. Cook spinach as per directions on package; drain all water off!
  2. Add all the other ingredients and mix. Form into balls (1 inch diameter-this is where the bread cubes screwed up!!) Line up balls on baking sheet , ungreased if All the butter is used; spray or parchment paper if not. Freeze. Later the frozen spheres can be stored in freezer bags. When ready to serve bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
