Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the biscuit mix, 1/3 cup milk, the egg, and the orange peel until a soft dough forms.
  3. Carefully fold in the blueberries.
  4. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
  5. Lightly knead 10 times or until nearly smooth.
  6. Pat the dough into a 6-inch circle.
  7. Cut into 6 wedges.
  8. Arange the wedges on an ungreased baking sheet.
  9. Brush with the additional milk and sprinkle lightly with sugar.
  10. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden. Serve warm
