Ingredients:

  • 5 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 1/4 cups shortening
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, salt and sugar.
  2. Cut in cold shortening.
  3. Mix the beaten egg and vinegar in a measuring cup; fill to the 1 cup mark with cold water.
  4. Mix all together.
  5. This will keep in fridge for 1 month.
