Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a frying pan, melt 1/3 cup butter.
  2. Saute onions until golden; remove from pan and set aside.
  3. In same frying ban, melt 1/3 cup butter.
  4. Saute mushrooms till lightly browned; remove from pan and set aside.
  5. Roll beef in flour.
  6. Melt remaining butter in same frying pan.
  7. Saute beef until browned.
  8. Add beef boullion, salt, and onions.
  9. Cover and simmer gently until beef is tender (about 1 1/2 hours).
  10. Add tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, heavy cream, and mushrooms; heat thoroughly.
  11. Serve over hot fluffy cooked rice.
