Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cook grits in water according to package directions.
  3. Place grits in 9x12 baking dish and add cheese, butter and eggs.
  4. Season with garlic salt and pepper, and Tabasco.
  5. Add jalapeños and pimentos.
  6. Bake 30 minutes.
  7. Cut into squares to serve.
