Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook grits in water according to package directions. Once cooked, remove from heat and let cool.
  2. In a bowl combine eggs, cheese, and spices.
  3. When grits have cooled, mix together with egg mixture.
  4. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Top with more cheese and cover with aluminun foil.
  6. Bake at 250 for 1 hour.
  7. Note: halfway thru cooking, remove foil to get the top nice and browned.
