Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • splash of soy sauce
  • dash of sugar
  • furikake (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cook rice as directed on package (I use my rice cooker)
  2. When rice is done, put in large bowl (quickly so it is very hot)
  3. Crack egg into steaming hot rice
  4. Add splash of soy sauce
  5. Add pinch of sugar
  6. Mix together until one solid color (important that rice is hot so it cooks the egg)
  7. Sprinkle on some Furikake if so desired (still delicious without)
  8. Enjoy!
