Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Blend together in a stainless saucepan the first five ingredients.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Boil for 4 minutes being careful not to let the mixture scorch the bottom of pan.
  4. Remove from heat and add chips, coconut, vanilla and almond extract, and chopped almonds.
  5. Blend thoroughly with rubber spatula.
  6. Pour into a foil lined 8x8 pan.
  7. Sprinkle more coconut on top and press into fudge then top with whole almonds.
  8. Chill in refrigerator till firm, about 2 hours.
  9. Cut into bite size pieces.
