Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. First Layer: Mix and bake cake according to directions.
  2. I would use a 13 x 9 pan.
  3. Second Layer: Combine 1 cup evaporated milk, 1 cup sugar, and 24 marshmallows in a saucepan and cook until all is melted.
  4. Take off heat and add coconut.
  5. Pour over warm cake.
  6. Third Layer: Bring to a boil the 1-1/2 cups sugar, and margarine.
  7. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips.
  8. Stir until melted and spoon over cake to ice it.
  9. Top with nuts.
  10. Refrigerate.
