Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain a cooked potato and mash with a fork in large bowl.
  2. Work in powdered sugar, add coconut and extract.
  3. Be sure to mix well.
  4. Roll in balls or logs and chill.
  5. Dip in melted chocolate.
  6. If it becomes sticky while rolling in balls just chill again.
