Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 container of whipped topping, thawed
  • you can also easily control the fat with this dessert by using non fat whipped topping and pudding mix along with the reduced fat oreos. no 1 can tell it isn'tsp full fat! a major plus this time of year

Directions:

  1. In a 1 1/2 quart baking dish sprinkle the cookie crumbs in an even layer.
  2. Combine the pudding mix and milk, and whisk until well incorporated, about 2 minutes.
  3. Allow to thicken slightly.
  4. Meanwhile, stir the whipped topping to ensure there are no lumps.
  5. Once pudding is soft set, spread over the cookie crumbs.
  6. Top with whipped topping.
  7. At this point you can put this in the fridge for a couple of hours or pop in the freezer.
  8. You can make this well in advance of a party and take it out about 15 minutes before you plan to serve it and it is still slightly icey, which I think it the best way to eat this!
