Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp milk
  • 2 1/2 cup sliced zucchini (about 2 small)
  • cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients in med bowl stirring with a whisk
  3. Put milk in shallow bowl
  4. Dip zucchini in milk and then dry mix
  5. Place on cookie sheet coated with cooking spray
  6. Bake for 30 minutes
  7. Great with ketchup!
