Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients and cheese together.
  2. Blend in the hot sausage.
  3. Spray cookie sheet (or rack) with non stick cooking spray.
  4. Use the measuring teaspoon to get an average amount of sausage and roll into balls.
  5. Place on cookie sheet. (I place them on a cookie rack and then put the rack over a cookie sheet so while they are baking the grease falls off of them, this also seems to help prevent them from burning.).
  6. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  7. Watch that they don't burn.
