Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop or press the garlic.
  2. Saute in olive oil until tender.
  3. Add all tomatoes
  4. Add 1/2 can water for each can of tomatoes
  5. Add salt, pepper, parsley, and grated cheese. Use a little red pepper if you like it more spicy.
  6. Bring to a boil while stirring frequently.
  7. Turn heat down and simmer for one hour or more.
  8. This sauce freezes really good. Make a large portion for tonight, freeze the extra in throw away plastic containers. Will reheat in the micro or put the frozen lump of sauce and a little water (just cover the bottom of the pan) in a sauce pan and bring back to life over low heat.
