Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and chop the cucumber, set the cucumber in a strainer and let the juice drip off of it. (don't have to wait too long, but longer the better).
  2. Put the Yogurt in a fine wire strainer that will hold the yogurt without it dripping through, and let the moisture drain off. If you don't have a strainer you can just let it go, it just won't be as thick.
  3. Chop the onion, and the garlic up into small piece (smaller the better).
  4. Mix the yogurt, chopped cucumber, onions, and garlic into a glass or metal bowl (not plastic! You wanna taste the plastic in your sauce?).
  5. Now taste it, and add pepper, dill, and lemon juice, and mix it up! Depending on your tastes you may want to keep adding pepper, dill, and lemon juice to your liking.
  6. It should be ready in about an hour. But! It is 10 times better if you let it sit covered over night in the fridge! Well, that is it you made Tzatziki sauce, super easy isn't it! Enjoy!
