Directions:

  1. Turkey Salad Sandwich from Closet Cooking
  2. (makes 1 sandwich)
  3. Ingredients:
  4. Cup cooked turkey (shredded)
  5. /2 apple (cored and diced)
  6. Stalk celery (chopped)
  7. Green onion (chopped)
  8. Tablespoon pecans (toasted and coarsely chopped)
  9. Tablespoon dried cranberries
  10. Tablespoons mayonnaise
  11. Splash lemon juice
  12. Leaves sage (chopped)
  13. Salt and pepper to taste
  14. Leaves lettuce
  15. Slices bread
  16. Directions:
  17. Mix everything but the lettuce and bread in a bowl.
  18. Assemble sandwich.
