Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a 10-in. ovenproof skillet, saute onion in butter until tender.
  2. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth.
  3. Gradually add broth and milk, cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
  4. Add the turkey, peas and carrots; heat through.
  5. Separate biscuits and arrange over the stew.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
  7. Yield: 6 - 8 servings
