Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut pineapple, mango, papaya and strawberries in a small even dice.
  2. Finely mince the Serrano chile. Toss the fruit and chile with the sugar.
  3. Fold in the mint and juice to coat.
  4. Chill until ready to serve.
  5. Serve on top of ice cream.
