Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 oz) package extra light flaky biscuit dough
  • 10 (1 1/2 inch) fruit , pieces (such as plum, apple, peach or pears)
  • 1 tsp water
  • powdered sugar (optional)

Directions:

  1. Heat the oven to 425°F
  2. Spray a baking sheet with vegetable spray.
  3. Separate the biscuits.
  4. Place on lightly floured surface.
  5. Roll each biscuit with lightly floured rolling pin or flatten with fingers to form 3 1/2 circles.
  6. Place 1 fruit piece in the center of each circle.
  7. Place on sheet.
  8. Beat a egg white in small bowl with the water, brush over dough.
  9. Bake until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired, just before serving.
